This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged copyright infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content, such as your version of the "Balsamic Roasted Carrots Recipe," was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification. To do so, you must provide a written counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following:
